Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the AC Circuit website, directory, public research, and The AC Circuit Brief.

AC Circuit Corp, a Delaware corporation

3 Germay Dr, Ste 4, Wilmington, DE 19804, USA

Effective date: August 24, 2026

Acceptance and eligibility

By using AC Circuit, you agree to these Terms and the Privacynotice. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe or use an interactive AC Circuit service.

What AC Circuit provides

AC Circuit provides informational decision support about externally obtainable capabilities. Directory records, comparisons, research, and emails are not professional, legal, financial, security, or procurement advice. AC Circuit does not create a buyer-provider contract, agency relationship, partnership, endorsement, or guarantee of fitness.

Source verification means stated facts were checked against a linked source. It is not operational testing, a malware scan, a security assessment, performance verification, endorsement, or proof that a capability is appropriate for your environment.

Changing and third-party information

Capabilities, providers, prices, licensing terms, availability, documentation, security posture, and external websites can change. You are responsible for reviewing current provider terms, permissions, risks, and evidence before relying on or adopting a capability. AC Circuit does not control third-party services or content.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use public AC Circuit material for lawful evaluation, ordinary search indexing, citation, accessibility, and good-faith research. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for credentials, introduce malware, impersonate another person, harvest personal information, overload the service, or use automated access in a way that disrupts AC Circuit or violates law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property and corrections

AC Circuit owns its original site design, organization, editorial copy, and branding. Providers and other third parties retain their names, trademarks, documentation, and other rights. A directory reference does not transfer those rights or imply affiliation. Send correction or rights concerns to info@accircuit.com.

The AC Circuit Brief

You may unsubscribe through any Brief email. Subscription does not open Assisted Match, provider submission, payment, licensing, or another marketplace service. Marketing consent is separate from permission to contact you about a capability request.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AC Circuit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AC Circuit Corp disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law and does not promise uninterrupted access, complete or current information, security, results, or suitability. To the extent permitted by law, AC Circuit Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, the Brief, a listed capability, or a third-party service.

Changes and governing law

AC Circuit may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
