About AC Circuit

About AC Circuit

AC Circuit is an outcome-first directory for businesses comparing rentable expertise with source, security, and business-risk context.

AC Circuit was founded by Alex Tran to help businesses find and compare externally obtainable expertise by outcome, evidence, security and business risk.

It is built for businesses that need to compare practical ways to reach an outcome: build internally, license an asset, subscribe to a service, invoke an API or MCP, hire a person or provider, or combine capabilities.

Buyer and provider intake, Assisted Match, payment, and provider submission workflows are not yet open in Release 1. The request and provider-intake pages are display-only previews.

An outcome-first directory

AC Circuit organizes rentable expertise around the outcome a business needs, rather than asking a buyer to begin with a freelancer profile or a technical product category.

The directory is not a freelancer marketplace, a generic software list, or a technical registry. It is decision support for comparing externally obtainable capabilities and the evidence available for them.

What the evidence means

Source verified means an AC Circuit editor checked stated facts against a linked official source. It is not an endorsement, a security assessment, or proof that AC Circuit operationally tested a capability.

Security assessment, business-deployment risk, source verification, and operational testing are different questions. AC Circuit makes the available boundary clear instead of treating one kind of evidence as proof of another.

Independence and accountability

AC Circuit's editorial policy is independent. Listed providers do not control editorial decisions, and any future provider payment will not change ranking, authority confirmation, evidence review, publication, or trust labels.

During Alpha, Alex Tran retains final authority over future paid offers, provider claims, publication, refunds, policy, and production release. Businesses and providers can request a correction today by emailing info@accircuit.com; claim and submission workflows are not yet open.

How AC Circuit makes money

Public directory discovery is available now. A future buyer request, provider claim, or provider submission will be free, and AC Circuit may offer a buyer-funded Assisted Match only after the future intake has opened and a request is confirmed fulfillable with an exact scope, price, expected timing, and limitations.

If it opens, Assisted Match will be a controlled Alpha service, not a provider-paid placement product. Revenue relationships will be disclosed after ranking and will not change fit.

Frequently asked questions

What is AC Circuit?

AC Circuit is an outcome-first directory and emerging marketplace for rentable expertise. It helps businesses compare ways to obtain a capability, including building, licensing, subscribing, invoking, hiring, or combining options.

Who does AC Circuit serve?

AC Circuit serves businesses that need to evaluate an outcome and the externally obtainable expertise that may help achieve it. Release 1 does not yet open provider claims or submissions; a future documented process will let providers and creators request corrections or submit evidence.

How are AC Circuit records sourced?

Records use linked official sources where available and retain source, retrieval, and freshness context. Source verified means the displayed source facts were checked against the linked source; it does not mean the capability was endorsed, security assessed, or operationally tested.

Who founded and operates AC Circuit?

AC Circuit was founded by Alex Tran to help businesses find and compare externally obtainable expertise by outcome, evidence, security and business risk. During Alpha, Alex Tran retains final authority over future paid offers, provider claims, publication, refunds, policy, and production release.

Is AC Circuit affiliated with listed providers?

No. A listed record does not establish an affiliation, endorsement, provider relationship, or agency relationship. A future provider claim or correction process will not control AC Circuit's editorial decisions.

How does AC Circuit make money?

AC Circuit may earn a buyer-funded fee for a future scoped Assisted Match after intake opens and it confirms a request is fulfillable with an exact scope, price, expected timing, and limitations. Providers will not pay for ranking, authority confirmation, evidence review, publication, or trust labels.

Can a provider pay for better ranking?

No. If provider workflows open, ranking will remain based on outcome fit, buyer constraints, evidence quality and freshness, security posture, business-deployment risk, time to value, total-cost considerations, integration and maintenance burden, control and reversibility, and provider availability. Provider payment will not influence ranking.

Does Source verified mean AC Circuit endorsed or tested the capability?

No. Source verified only means the stated source facts were checked against a linked official source. It does not mean AC Circuit endorsed, security assessed, or operationally tested the capability, or verified its performance, availability, or fitness for a particular use.
