Authority and business use

You must be at least 18 and authorized to submit the request for the business you name. You confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and may be used to evaluate and respond to the request.

What a request means

A request begins a human-reviewed sourcing inquiry. AC Circuit does not guarantee a match, introduction, price, availability, or outcome. A listed or suggested provider is not an endorsement, and you remain responsible for diligence and acceptance decisions.

Contact permission

Permission to contact you about this request is required. Newsletter consent is separate: submitting a request does not subscribe you to The AC Circuit Brief or other marketing email.

Safety and prohibited material

Do not submit passwords, credentials, private source code, customer records, protected health information, financial-account data, confidential documents, regulated data, or another person's sensitive information. Do not request malware, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity, unauthorized access, or a capability intended to evade safeguards.

Requests may receive human review for fit, feasibility, security exposure, business impact, approval, and rollback. AC Circuit may ask for clarification or decline a request that is unsafe, outside scope, or cannot be responsibly evaluated.

Commercial boundary

A request or introduction does not itself create a purchase, license, agency, employment, partnership, or provider agreement. Any paid engagement or transaction requires a separate written agreement with the applicable party.
